Shipping Policy

We currently offer both Standard Shipping across India.

Standard Shipping

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
• Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Fee: ₹100 per order.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1 to 3 business days. We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Important Notes

• Working Days: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Order Status Updates: You will receive automated SMS/email updates regarding the status of your order.
• Reshipping due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer: If a parcel is returned to us because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or any other contact information, it will be considered undelivered and sent back to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges. A reshipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to cover the cost of sending the order again to the correct address provided by the customer.
• Missing Deliveries: If your parcel status shows 'delivered' but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. We will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners after this period.
